The project comprised the construction and maintenance of 284 luxury villas, ranging in
respect of built-up area from 350 sq m to 700 sq m. PIC’s scope of work included complete civil works, MEP
systems and installations, waterproofing, decoration, and other finishing works, sanitary fixtures, swimming
pools, and landscaping (soft and hard).
