The project consists of a one-story concrete framed building with a built-up area of 12,000 sq
m housing offices and administration facilities, technical services and support facilities, and an atrium.
PIC’s scope of work includes all structures, MEP works, Low current systems, water treatment plants,
landscaping (hard and soft), external works, boundary wall, fencing, signage and finishing works, false
ceiling, aluminum and glazing work, etc…
