This prestigious project consisted of the construction of 118 luxury villas with an approximate built-up area of 350 sqm for each villa. PIC successfully wrapped up the remainder of structural works and carried out all finishing works, MEP installations, waterproofing, swimming pools, and landscaping (soft and hard).
