The project consisted of a two-story concrete framed building with a built-up area of 12,000 sqm, housing offices, administrative facilities, technical services, supporting facilities, and an atrium. PIC’s scope of work included the construction of all structures, MEP works, low current system, water treatment plant, landscaping (hard and soft), external work, boundary wall, fencing, signage, finishing work, false ceiling, aluminum and glazing work.
