The project consists of a hotel and serviced apartments (B+G+38), a retail outlet mall, which includes a cineplex, food court, gourmet restaurants, multistory building, and car parks. The hotel and apartments equal a total built-up area of approximately 24,000 sqm and the mall's total built-up area is 21,800 sqm. As a nominated subcontractor to ALEC, PIC’s scope of work included all finishing work (plaster, screed, stone works, tiling, false ceilings, smoke curtain, rolling shutters, architectural metalwork, and glazing, toilet partitions, and raised flooring).
