This prestigious project comprises the construction of 65 villas known as Fairway Vistas. The total built-up area of all villas exceeds 59,490 m2. PIC’s scope of work involved the completion of the entire project including site work, joinery, lifts, landscaping, mechanical and electrical work, low current systems, swimming pools, and infrastructure (potable water, firefighting, sewerage and stormwater networks, external electrical cables, and ICT network), fencing, boundary walls, various facilities and services blocks.
